You can use “in good hands” to describe a person or object that is well taken care of. For example, if you want to borrow your friend’s car, you should tell him that it will be “in good hands,” because you’ll be certain to take care of it. Or, if your mom asks you to make dinner, you can tell her not to worry, because you’re a great cook and the meal is “in good hands.”
