Definition

qualms are doubts or feelings that you are not doing the right thing

2. Use - Learn how the slang is used.

When you have qualms about something, it means that something inside of you is telling you not to do something.
We can also say that we have feelings that the idea is not a good one. We have qualms before we do something.
Some people say you should listen to your feelings if you are having qualms about doing something. Others just go forth and do what they had planned.
