Lesson
READING
Up until recently I felt really burnt out at work. I wasn't motivated. I felt tired, irritable and wanted to quit. All my clients were bugging me with stupid problems. I would often cut out early and sometimes call in sick. I decided it was time for a fresh start.
Since last month I started changing my schedule, exercising more and going to bed earlier. I suddenly felt rejuvenated. Now I am more energized. I am getting along better with my co-workers and clients. These days everything seems to click. I don't feel exhausted at the end of the day. I think I am in a groove now.
