Lesson

Hey guys,

I haven't been here for a while and I'm happy to be back here at E-baby!

Today I wanted to talk about some of the benefits of learning the most important phrasal verbs in spoken English through youtube videos.

There are millions of terrible videos on Youtube that won't help you at all. They will just be a boring waste of time.  But SOME are really useful for learning to speak proper English.

Grammar lessons are usually boring and hard to remember, but if they are done properly with short video clips that are both fun to watch and easy to understand, there is a very good chance you will remember the lesson and actually be able to USE the lesson material when you speak English with your friends, your teachers, or with native speakers.

If you are ever going to try to learn English grammar or phrasal verbs to improve your test scores or your spoken English, you need to do it in a way that is useful and easy to remember; otherwise you are just experiencing a useless and painful waste of time.

I know that "phrasal verbs" give my students the most difficult challenges with their spoken English.

If you read a list of common phrasal verbs that you find online, it's both boring and hard to remember.

So the best way I've found to teach phrasal verbs to my students is through these short video clips.  Let me know what you think!  My students love them and I think you will too.
