For some people, fashion is an obsession. For others, it’s totally meaningless. Either way, it’s interesting to see how quickly styles change, and who sets the trends. In the U.S., it’s usually the young, rich and famous who make styles famous. For example, Britney Spears has influenced millions of young girls who want to dress like her, and Ashton Kutcher almost single-handedly made trucker hats loved and hated.
Read on to learn more about some of the hottest styles in the U.S., and the people that helped make them popular.

Discussion

I have to admit, I haven’t kept up with the latest styles like I used to. When I was younger, it was a lot more important to me to have the coolest clothes and I would have been embarrassed to be seen in clothes that were out of style. However, now that I’m older it really doesn’t seem like a big deal. I’m happy just wearing what feels comfortable to me.
I do like to see people wearing interesting clothes. It’s always fun to go out to bars and clubs to people-watch, because the different styles are so neat to see.
Take it easy,
Miguel
