Sometimes, when we spend too much time on the internet, we feel overwhelmed. We post things, share things, read things, email things, and forget to relax. We think we must be productive all the time.
When this happens, it’s a good time for a digital detox. Maybe, put down your phone, or better, switch it off. Turn off the computer. Go outside. See friends. Walk in the park. Play basketball. Write a letter. After you relax, then you can use the internet again.
