Ok!

I studied a little about figures of speech.

I think it is  hyperbole.

Hello Mr. Alston
I think it is a paradox, is it true?

Hi Mr Alston,

Is it a metaphor? Clearly it’s an exaggerative idiom to mean that one will do their best to accomplish something.

Welcome back Bluesky97. You wrote a good paraphrase. Consider this for your second sentence: “I might have to work hard to persuade my company, but I think they’ll come around.”

A comma after great, the rest is good!

Hello Mr. Alston and everybody🌹

Ms. Charotte: I am interested in buying your company. Maybe I have to do hard works to save the company but it is worth to try .So please connect me with the managers to discuss about that.

Jannet: Great I will ask are they also willing to sell the company then I will prepare everything for the deal.

Please correct my mistakes😀🙏

Amira- Superb paraphrase, very smooth wording. I like how you paraphrased “ducks in a row. Your dedication to the Englishbaby website has rewarded you.

Janet- Great! I’ll test the waters at the company to see how receptive they are. I want to have everything arranged before I contact you.

Ms. Charlotte- Okay.

I had to split the comment so the forum would accept it :D It worked after all!

Hi, Mr. Alston,

Ms. Charlotte- I’m interested in buying the company. I may have to do  everything we can with our company to make it stand, but I think they’ll give it a try. Connect me with the powers to be so we can discuss it.

Fatemeh- That’s a very good paraphrase. I would revise your last sentence to: “I want to have a complete preparation..” You are a tenacious student!

Bora- A very good paraphrase. In the second sentence I suggest you revise it to “chances are, they will approve it.” Also, “figure out their mindset” is preferable to “figure out their understanding.” The rest is very good and I am happy to see how far you have come.

Hello Mr. Alston. Thank you very much 🙏
Ms. Charlotte: I’m interested in buying the company. I may have to work very hard with our company to make(succeed) it, but I think they’ll try it. Connect me with the powers to be so we can discuss it.
Janet: I’ll carefully try to find out about other feelings or plans at the company to see how receptive they are. I want to be complete preparation before I contact you.
Ms. Charlotte: Okay.

Hello Fatemeh, thanks for your feedback.

Your paraphrase is good. Keep in mind that the goal is to persuade the company to purchase Janet’s company, not multiple goals. The key is to understand the phrases “swing it” and “give it a go” then apply it to the objective.

“It” means the goal is singular. Please re-submit your paraphrase, you’re almost there!
