everywhere has their special food especially snacks just go and ask, then u will surprise and complain that the space of your stomach is not big enough!
plus: some names of the food sour&sweet meat 鱼香肉丝 beijing bake duck 北京烤鸭 fry egges& tomato 番茄炒蛋 spicy&sour fish 酸辣鱼头 smelly tofu 臭豆腐 ......................and so on
if u have enough budget,i suggest that picking some other places that u r interested in and then travel around …..i am sure u will have a fabulous trip in China….jaja
