Last Saturday, one of my Japanese friends went back to Japan. I'm so sad (until now). I was hoping that he didn't go back to Japan.
He sat next to me in the office. He was a technical advisor in the company. I don't know his resignation reason for sure. He just said that he went back to Japan and he was so happy to come home.
I really miss him. He is so kind, very kind!!! He cares about other people. He's like a brother to me. A really good brother.
He is the man behind Momochi dolls. What a coincidence meeting him in Indonesia. 3-4 years ago my Japanese friend gave me an uchiwa. It has Momochi picture on it. Then a year ago, he had training at our company.
At that time, we were not this close. Then, he was transfered to Indonesia, and became a permanent staff.
He sat next to me. Then he showed me his picture in Momochi's dolls. I was so surprised because as I remember I've seen the doll before which is on my uchiwa.
I brought the uchiwa on the next day and showed it to him. He was also surprised. Yappari guuzen da!!!
Today, spending the whole day without him...was a little bit strange. We used to laugh together. He used to laugh at me because of my funny giggle or something, or we used to have fun during doing our job. Something which never been seen on Japanese working style.
However, I know that Momochi is thinking the best
for him and his wife. I only pray may God give him the best
and beautiful future. I really do hope we can meet again.
