I am a 16-year-old boy in China. I'd like to make friends with different people around the world. Let's just improve English together!

I often wondered why I was so afraid of her while I enjoyed her classes and thought that she's a great person. In my opinion, there were several reasons. For example, once I was found sleeping in class. Or maybe it was because of I didn't get good marks so I felt ashamed when I stood in front of her. Anyway, I just didn't have enough courage to meet with her alone.
So even if sometimes I had problems on homework, I never turned to her for help. Then I realized things couldn't last in this way anymore, so I wrote a letter to her. I told her my ideas and just wanted her to know that I'm eager to communicate with her but just couldn't. I put the letter on her desk when she was not in.
On the afternoon that day, I came to the teacher's office and I saw she smiling at me and saying:"Max, thank you! We may have a talk whenever you want." I shyly said ok to her and just ran away.
Even though the talk hasn't started by now, but I am really relaxed and happy after telling her what's on my mind.
Today, She gave me a message saying:"Just believe in yourself! You are a clever boy. I'm looking forward to having a talk with you. About studying, all you need to do is to work hard, and then all the things you would have done will be paid off." She also told me some ways to study math in the meesage.
I thank her very much and that is why I decided to wrote this blog.
TinTin, thank you.
