I'm too sure of what's being said here. However I will change the following: "Sometimes they put names on that we do not know and do not have any knowledge of the subject. However, it is considered their expert”, into the following text: "Sometimes they put names on that they do not know and do not have any knowledge of. However, they are considered as experts".

Yea, this may remind one of people like us (some of us Yell) – the so-called experts trying to explain things about the English language.
