it depends with whom you're having the voice chat with, someone at your level or a higher one

i had two employees , foreigners, who spoke awful greek, i wouldn't get a word of what they were trying to say, but between themselves they were understanding each other perfectly! 

food for thought: does that make them good greek speakers?
