for me the most important thing is by talking,what i do is, i usually talk on skype,so my spoken english would improve specially my pronunciation,there was one time i talked to someone every single words i said she couldnt understand  but  at that time i knew i had something to tell,and after that happened i decided to often talk on skype as much as possible,so conclusion,talking on skype is the best,lol
