my old boss who i left his company from 1 month need me in a favour to help him in work foe 1 week

i don't know wat should i do???

im under a period of lost and dismayed.I feel lonely because I gave up a thing that is becoming hindrance to my growth but it hurts you know the period of withdrawal is not easy but i have to cope with the pain now because if i would not give it up now it would cause more damage to me(my person).so I'm just tossing around here and trying to be positive.I hope i will be strong enough to stand firm with my decision.
