theory but practice, because the theory is the same for other

competitors. skill is from the practice.
   i do think there is one common point between yoga and ml, what is

it? it is breathing. Actually in ancient china more than 2000 years

ago, some books mentioned of the importance of breathing for ml. but

not everybody could become great ml expert, only serval ones could

who went through all kinds of practices. maybe you could get some

creative thoughts from fresh ml pose, but that is secondly, the

primary is the willpower. You should improve your willpower by

practice. breathing is not simple absolutely just as persistence is

everything for yoga.

We have to learn love each moment because dfination of love chamges by our growth so we have to search new meanings, make practice of it & it is such a vast word that every one has his own meaning & understanding about it.

But LOVE in every form is juice of life.We can pactice it only if our soul is standing behind us.

Nope, it's all about quality. even a quickie can be a blast and even a 30 minutes could be a hell (or so my friends said )

I believe that we do not have to study How to make love at all. Because I believe that there is no technical course  to make great love only  if you really love and then you are professional in making love . Plus no Medicine!!
