I think the worst feeling is anger. Hate and anger can destroy us. In my opinion it's better to forgive or at least forget a person who offended you than think about revenge. Your offender isn't worth your ruined life.

well the worst feeiing for me is you have so dedicated to one thing and put all your faith in it,and of course at that time you're happy.and then later you began to doubt about yourself,the pain of regreting came,until finally you completely denied what you did.you even thought it was the most silly thing you ever did.you know it's kind of you falling from the heaven to the hell.it's devastating to me.

In my case the worst feelings are envy and selfishness. You are not able to see that you are hurting people in the process until damage is done. I´m still working in it.
