What would you do when you get tense ?

Hello everyone !
I’m a girl who always get tense easily ,and that becomes my bad habbit . So I would like to know what you will do when you get tense . If you have some ideas , please recommend me . Thank you .

I get tense quite easily, especially in front of  a crowd of people. I think i just attach too much importance to others' attitude toward me. I know the problem just don't know how to get rid of it.

To change my activity…

especially, for me is to read something that will give peace in my mind and heart… as I’m a muslim, I’ll read anything that will remind me about Allah and the life in the hereafter… So, this will not make me get any worry about worldly things…
