I think that the response is  to talk with a good friend.

If you are sad, you can confiar in a friend. If you are happy, you can compartir your alegria with a friend. This is a definition about a friend, a person with which it shares joys and concerns, which helps you take your load.

yes every one misses,every one has lost his real,everyone is on search & is lost in search & looses himself…just sit silently doing nothing…realy doing nothing & you will find the missed,it's really a long journey & difficult too,but if we are really searching there is no subsitute to it.
