when you feel sad, what do you do?

 e.g.when I feel sad,I call my friends and talk about  pleasure things

i will read so many books and  learn sth in it. because i don't want to think so much . i only want to  attention on sth .i think it can help me to forget sth that i want

   I Wash body with water.every one will wonder why ? cuz  boring and sadness comes from SATAN and SATAN creature from of the fire so the water extinguished the fire.AFTER I pray to allah and read quran after i meet my friends and go gor entertainment.

first i try to be alone for a while and listening to rock music. i also go out alone just to try to relieve myself.

I talk to my best friend cuz this makes me relief 

when i feel sad,i'll go out and think of why do i sad.

Actually when i am sad i have to make sure that i watch and this will take my attention and i will focussioing on it.

Well, when I am sad, I often talk with my best friend, she is a girl but she is so sensitive, she always listen to me and give me advices which are very helpful…..
And sometimes, I just write it in a notebook, then i’ll be better ^^
