when you feel sad, what do you do?

 e.g.when I feel sad,I call my friends and talk about  pleasure things

I think….

and think…

and think…

 then start to write until i feeling better.

umm…i do nothin ! maybe just cry and chat with my friend. and even sometimes disappear suddenly for a long time for no reason xDDD or i love taking walk alone and listening music :)

i sleep,,,,,,,,

Mee too.Sleeping is a good way to forget them for a period of time :)

the most times i smoke a cigarette, or start a fight with the first person i meet .

personally, sometimes i read the bible also

to cheer me up from my sadness

when i feel sad i usually listening music,and try to not think about the thing that i depressed.

but usually i cant do it :D

and call my one of the best friends dilara,cause she is one of the the funniest people that you can see:D

well.i don`t feel sad usually,but when i get sad i like to write  for myself as if i `m speaking to some1 else and i ask my self why i am sad and when i find there is no main reson to b so ,i get my point and become happy again
