thanks for your attention & your rich replies to the other comments here.

you are right at any age we have some problems about that period of our life.

but some time when some ones wish to return to their childhood it is :

1. of course it is just a wish & it never happen.

2. they wanna show if they can return they will try hard to repair & fix their old mistakes which can hekp them to have a better life in right time, for example they will try to study harder then before &....

in general i agree with you that you have said :

we should face problems as a brave warrior in any stage of life.

Dear Luzma ,

You have said:

1. it could be very helpful to learn a self-help technique, in order to get successfully of our trouble.

2. Other alternative could be the supporing therapy groups which can provide advice and help, or we can find someone to talk with.

3. It is good therefore, to start the day with a positive attitude despite any problems, we may face.

4. It could be very helpful too, to prepare ourselves in psychological way,in order to think that it doesnt matter any problem we may face during the day.

These are some great solution ways against any problem,thanks for share these ways here, I agree with them.

Its okay ,don't worry ,

sometime we need say something like whatever you have said,it will be helpful for me & other dear friends here.
