Prior to the independence of India, our national flag which is called Tiranga(Tricolor) was the flag of Indian national Congress with only on exception, the wheel in the middle strip wasn't there. In that time the saffron color indicated Hindus, the green color the Muslims and the white color other religions of India.

But in the post independence era a more secular view is now taken. Now the saffron color indicate strength and courage of India. the white indicates India's continuous strive towards Global peace and brotherhood. Green indicates fertility, growth and auspiciousness of our land. The wheel (It is called 'Dharma chakra') on the middle strip indicates continuous progress.

MY COUNTRY IS USA

 Flag:

Blue: Sky.

White: snow of our mountain.

Red: Copihue(our flower) and blood of our people. 

Our animals: Huemul and Cóndor.
