what will you do when you feel sad?

life is not so perfect as you want,when you have to face some difficults or feel sad,what will you do?

I LISTEN TO MUSIC , TALK  TO SOMEBODY, OR  JUST  STAY QUIET  IN MY ROOM  THINKING  IN  A  WAY  TO GET  BETTER, SOMETIMES  I   CRY   IT MAKES  ME  FEEL   BETTER…..

"You are my sunshine, my only sunshine   you make me  happy when skies  are gray….....please don't take  my sunshine  away….""

In my life I have many thing to make me sad.

In that case I play some sport ex football, batmintion,..

Maybe I listen to music or vitsit my friend.

If I don't suffer, I come back home with my mother

I have a shower and cry. then I call my boyfriend and I talk with him

I write diary. I write all my feel and cry.

When I face difficults ,I just try my best to overcome them,but when I feel sad ,I need some time to stay alone,and after crying ,I am OK.

I just try to stop thinking about the problem

and watch a serial or any thing whitch takes me away from the problem Or I read Quraan

when I get mad or sad I just hate listening to music I just become more nervouse

go to the highest building and scream loudly … till I feel satisfied!!!

when I have problem and feel that I want to cry …I should be alone to cry…
And think why it happened and trying to solve it…
If I can tell someone I do it to feel better

when i feel sad  ,first i like to be lonely and the best thing i do is listening to good music!! for a muslim when you feel sad you need to pray, to read the CORAN and to ask ALLAH to help you to forget the problems you have!!! sometimes i speak to the person i love!! sometimes i speak to myself !!
