 Hello!  This is my first question.It may be very simple. but I always wondering. there is a difference with korean language. Sometimes we are saying " I'm coming", when we are going to meet someone.Why don't use I'm going?

Hi, and welcome! This is a great question, and not a simple one, but I will try to explain.

One difference is that "coming" is used in English when the destination is known by both the speaker and the listener. So for instance, if two people have agreed to meet at the park, and one person is late, the other person might ask, "Where are you?" To which the late person would reply, "I'm coming."

On the other hand, if the listener does not already know that the speaker has plans to be at the park, then the listener might ask, "What are you doing?" To which the speaker might say, "I'm going to the park."
