indecisive person

      How are you? In English, do you have any idioms or casual way to describe a person who is kind of indecisive, for example, one who is reluctant to do something or who changes his/her mind frequently.

       My another question is if I am going to fly and I have a connecting flight, how can I ask whether my luggage will be automatically transferred during the connection; I do not have to get my luggage at the connecting place and I do not have to reload my luggage again. For example, if I am at LAX and I am flying back to Bangkok and I have to connect my flight in Tokyo. Can I ask "Is my luggage checked all the way to Bangkok"? I think I have heard something like this but I'm not sure.

Hi! You might call an indecisive person "wishy-washy." You can also say that someone "is hemming and hawing." This means he/she is being indecisive or having trouble making up his/her mind. These are the best idioms I can think of!

As for your second question, your sentence is perfect! You could also say "Will my luggage be checked through to Bangkok."
