               May I ask a question? If my battery of my cell phone is out of power, how should I say?

              "My battery is flat."

              "My battery is exhausted."

              or anythingelse?

Happy Memorial Day to you, too! We say "My battery is dead." We might also say "I'm out of battery," but it's most common to use "dead."
