Sure! When you say “I am used to” something it means it is normal or habitual for me. I am accustomed to it. So in the first sentence, the speaker is accustomed to using email. When you say you “used to” do something, it means you did something in the past which you no longer do now. So in the second sentence, the speaker took the bus to school in the past but now he walks.
