We use the preposition “at” when mentioning specific times. E.g. “I go to work at 7am,” or, “Our meeting is at 3pm.”


However, sometimes when using “about” (as a substitution for the adverb “approximately”), the preposition “at” can be dropped.


Therefore, both sentences are correct.
