English a Problem?

Dealing with any language is dealing with art.English is not an exception especially when it's not your native tongue. Imagine what it would be like when you need to use the skills you've learnt in your branch of arts but you can't due to not having mastered those skills. I believe the best way to master English is to use it: a. Communicate with it. b. Listen and enjoy in it. c. Watch and have joy with it. d. Read and have fun with it.
