what is the reason for your sadness, there is no reson in the world to be sad , always smile and take the world from the simple way ,do not complicate the ways.

but if u are deeply sad my advice to You is to speak to first to one of your family who can understand u or your best friend- but take care from friends to not kill u from behind-

speaking about your problem is the half way to solve it

and do not ccarry your cares a long time on your sholders to be able to move and achieve your goals
