I use some websites to learn English.
I think English Baby is good but I know other websites to learn English.
One is Japan Times(http://www.japantimes.co.jp/)
I can read news in English and I can learn currect expressions.
The second is iknow(http://www.iknow.co.jp/)
This website is there are many words and example expresstions. It is very useful and we can learn one word has many mearnings.
I would like to recommed two websites.
