Job

Our boss employs a counselor to help company develop,but he always makes us feel upset and tired.I think I should believe in him sometimes,he cuts our salary and cancel our weekend ,I try to think the strict system can help us improve our ability,however,I do not like some idea,such as,him think that we do not have  right to rest and we must obey him.Although we are not inexperienced,but I think why we can not have some idea and opinion.Everyone want to quit .Ido not know what I can do how to do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I need someone tell me.
