I know about the epoch of the USSR ( Union of the Soviet Social Republics). It had 15 republics within it. But I was sure that such young people like you are don't speak Russian. Now I know I was wrong thinking like that. :) Thank you for the explanations, Claimant :)

claimant Azerbaijan	Dear Lesya, i didn't translate it cause i know russian language and i can say that i love this language.And i want to say to u some information about our country.Till 1991 our country entered into a Sovet alliance ( SSRI) and couse of it a lot of people know this language in our country.I can say in public life we use this language like a second language of our country.I was born in 1992 and that time SSRI disintegrated, but my parents know russian language and I learn this language through TV.In my childhood I wached with my farher a lot of Russian programs and films and it influenced me to learn it.I never went courses.And when we apply for job, it is asked to us: Do u know russian language? also there are a lot of schools that there have russian section and the lessons are teached in the Russian language.
