Long time ago, before the coming of whites in Africa, it was called a dark content.Reason being, nothing was known about it and the fact that the people living on this content were black.
The natives were refered to as monkies and champinzees because they resembled these animals. The natives used to live in forests and used to sleep in hutswith out clothes and this is still present with the pygimes of the forest.
Huts are still ancenstoral houses for kings who are the heridatary rulers of all most all kingdoms in Africa though its being preached aganist by the white fathers as satanic and out dated.
But this content was loved alot by the whites because it has the best climate, rich with natural resources and when it comes to adventure, it really deserves a visit
