what is my grammar wrong????

 I had wrote the journal writing to my teacher ,but it is too many wrong grammar and tense .The title of my  journal writing is My summer holiday.what is my grammar wrong????Give me the correct answer ,please!!The chinese is my  meaning. 

今年的暑假剛剛結束。

2)I was join an activity about English speaking.

我參加了一個關於英文拼音的課外活動。

3)In this holiday , I had do it

今年的暑假,我做到了

4)When I asked the question to him ,he hard to solve my problem every time

任何時候，我問他問題，他都盡力地回答我的問題。

5)I am very thank for he.

我很感謝他。

6)I think my English had been improve.

我覺得我的英文有改善。

7)Although it is still far away on best , it is better than before.

8)I hope I can continue join an activity about English.

我希望我在下年的暑假，能繼續參加關於英文的課外活動。

9)I want my English can good than last time all along.

我希望我的英文可以一次比一次好。

I'll just discuss about the first sentence only. I hope some of the others can help you with the rest.

The summer holiday had been finish recently.

I think that it is better to say: The summer holiday finished/ended/ was over recently. (or the summer holidays were over recently)

"recently" is a time in the past, so one usually avoids using the "perfect" (has/have + verb) form. This seems to be a sentence in the "passive voice". For example: Dinner had been cooked (by someone) when the lights went off.

Instead of saying "What is my grammar wrong?", it is better to say, "Why is my grammar wrong?"

 Number 8 can be taken more ways maybe but I think that is what you ment since it is the closest…

Yeah, as Kyle A has said, it's better to say "holiday has finished recently", though some people use the simple past  (without "has/have") with "recently".
