I want to speak English fluently

Hi All,

I want to speak English fluently.I have no problem in pronunciation or writing.People say that i need to slow down my rate of speech and avoid the involuntary pauses in my speech(stammering).What do you guys suggest that will help me in speaking English freely and without stammering in a moderate pace.
