How to speak english slowly and fluently?

People often tend to complain that i speak very fast and also stammer sometimes.What is the remedy for speaking english slowly and fluently.

Your question sounds strange for me. In my opinion, speaking fast means your english is quite good　ａｎｄ　ｙｏｕ　ｃａｎ　ｓｐｅａｋ　ｅｎｇｌｉｓｈ　ｆｌｕｅｎｔｌｙ. You don't need time to think which word ｉ　ｓｈｏｕｌｄ　ｕｓｅ　ｏｒ　ｈｏｗ　ｉ　ｏｒｇａｎｉｚｅ　ｔｈｅ　ｗｏｒｄｓ．Ｍｙ　ｅｎｇｌｉｓｈ　ｉｓ　ｎｏｔ　ｓｏ　ｇｏｏｄ，　ｓｏ　ｉ　ｃａｎ　ｏｎｌｙ　ｓｐｅａｋ　ｓｌｏｗｌｙ．

i mean to say sometimes i tend to stammer and i want to avoid that stammering.what do i do for that.
