Please give me British accent Training.

Well i work in a call centre which is based in India and i need to call up british customers and sometimes the customers complain that they cannot understand my accent although i have quiet a neutral accent.

how do i get a british accent.please help

I'd watch Brit TV programs, like "Coronation Street". Also, you can listen to BBC local radio on the net. I really enjoy listening to Roger Lyon on Radio Merseyside in Liverpool. He's on Monday thru Friday from 2100 – 2400UTC which is 2:30-5:30AM in India. Bad time of day for you to listen, but it is worth it. Liverpool is in the Northwest of England, very near Ireland and Scotland. Lyon has many callers with various British accents. It is great listening. Also, there is a good chance that if you sent him an email while you are listening, he might mention it.
