What is happiness?

Happiness is defined as ‘the overall appreciation of one’s life-as-a-whole.

In other words, how much one likes the life one lives.

In this definition, happiness is something you are aware of.

 You may have a disease without knowing, but you cannot be unhappy without knowing. 

In this definition, happiness is also an overall appraisal of life.

Hence you can be happy with life-as-a-whole, but be dissatisfied with specific domains of life or feel down now and then.

Happiness means you can get what you want.Once our dream come ture,we will be very glad.Friendship, parents' love and lover's love, all these things make our life colourful and we can achieve happiness when we enjoy them.

I hope every one here can achieve the realhappiness one day,just let us pray togrther 

Happiness is a state of mind. It has to come from inside and not from outside. It is

the mental attitude towards life. Money and  is true wealth will not bring happiness. My

experience is true happiness can be received from God. When we have a good

relationship with God , He blesses us with true Peace and Joy in other words real Happiness.

happiness is when you are down then you know sunshine is anywhere ahead and not far away,

and also love and to beloved

and never hopeless never lose confident.

and do what you want and right at the time.

While reading the Bible I came across these verses  in 1st Timothy,Chapter 6 ,verses 6,7 & 8. It has a lot to do with Happiness.Contentment is the key to happiness.It says..
