Is happiness really a choice?

Pls I want to know because a friend of mine told me that, and I quote " young not because I have financial security, good home and friends,sometimes I face difficut situation because in life you win some and lose some but I dont let any of these take away my happiness. I chose to smile at every circumstances and that is why am always happy". Does that really work for you?

Yes, it is.  Like many things in life, we choose.  Like we choose to be educated so we learn.

I will like to say a big thank you to my freind mo and felice. Now, i choose to smile all day and I am happy you helped me to make that choice.
