The important & interesting words.

Lian.Hanjin

China

Which is important or interesting words in your native language or any language (of course including english) ?

I think one of important words in america is "I love you", because american never really love each other unconditionally, so they have to say this words frequently. Cool

One of important words in Chinese is "没问题", means "no problem, OK, all right", because chinese people is hard to refuse others directly. Cool

Hehe, in japanese, it's "ご面倒をかけました", means "I'm sorry Or forgive me". If a japanese guy was knocked down by another japanese guy, he will say  "ご面倒をかけました".
So strangely?
Hehe, maybe western can not understand this, but chinese can understand this.
But if a chinese guy was knocked down by another, guess what  he would say?
"去死吧!", means "Go to hell!"
So next time you can make a distinction between chinese and japanese by this –
If he say "I'm sorry" all day, he will be a japanese.
If he speak aloud "Go to hell" , when you offend hime, he must a chinese. Cool

China

An interesting words in Chinese, "老外" – literally means "old foreigner", infact it just means "western".

Because the chinese respects old people, and on the other way, western people always looks older than their real age by chinese people's view.

And as same as chinese, japanese say "foreigner" only means "western" in most time. Smile

"よろしくお願いします", japanese say this very frequently, means "care about me".
Chinese never say that, because Chinese only say "我罩你", means "I'll take care of you". Smile
