when you are sad,what would you like to do

when i am sad, i would like stay at my room and cry loudly, and think a lot.

what about you?

when i am sad i don't feel like to do any thing and i go to sleep.

when i am sad, i start writing poems, drawing and eating.

when i'm sad ,i like to sit in the dark inside my room ,and i don't feel like talking to anyone or even eating!!!

when i am sad i go to sleep because i don't want to think about the reason of my sadeness

Listen music that makes me dance or sing. Going out with friends or talking to them about different topics, not about the reason of my sadness. Even going out alone to walk. Sometimes buying something for me (usually a CD), but this one is only an excuse to spend my money on me, hahahaha!

when we are sad, we often keep thiking about that sad feeling and how we feel. That thought will stay with no end if we do not try to stop that and look beyond that.

We just have to accept that sadness an dwe must move on.

When I'm feel sad I would like to cry,listen to music and talk to my best friend.She would advice me what should I do, make me feel better…When I'm sad,I need someone to listen to me… 

just let me alone and keep away from me.

and tomorrow will be a new day:)
