Your question is the same I think. I would give this kind of an answer. Definitely , I agree with , maybe u reach him the ideas that I couldn't do , concerning the testing of Allah , you are right we are not here only for testing ,the main purpose is to worship him as it's written in the Quran , but according to disbelievers , when I said that ,some of them replied and said " if god creates you only for worship , then he is selfish " so what do u think what is the suitable respond in your opinion When you look at the world you see that every creation even an ant is working for providing the needs of people. And in addition to this God gave us "intelligence to understand the reosan of creatures or their usage and self-control" İf we dont know the value of the things we have got then we forget The one givivg them to us and betray to it.That is why we are praying to"thank"him. And how can we say that The God is selfish after all the things he gave to us? Even the brain to question him is given by him. And while praying to thank him we get profit from,too. İs this selfishness? No,I think:)
Other thing to be honest I can't say I respect anyone's point of view about islam because islam isn't a controversial issue to talk about it and give your points of views , it's just like what science proved ,for example I can't say that smoking isn't harmful , if someone hear me saying that he will not respect mine because science proved that smoking is harmful ,so keep in your mind this point
Everybody does not have to share same ideas about İslam. İf you want them to respect Muslims then first of all you have to stop behaving like a fascist. I mean you should stop despising others. The most importing thing is to show them how they are wrong in a polite way with our knowledge. Not within a rude way which does not suitable for a Muslim.
