crying is good or bad

sometime I want to cry but I think I myself am a man not a girl. I can not cry. It is not good for male. It is only for femail.
However It is difficult. I think it help us to avoid sadness. Do you think so? It is good or bad?

I'm a gril although I can't cry I think its depend on the personalty.crying may release the pressure but I can't do it.somtimes I cry in a dark room for no reason  I don't want anybody to see me  and sometimes when I have bigger problem I can't even be sad every body thought i'm the perfect one and I have every thing why I should be sad  but in fact they look from outside only.so if you can cry then cry no matter you are male or female

I think crying is good for both man and waman.After crying u will feel comfortable .If u think that crying is shame for man, no need to cry in front any person.You can cry alone and take your rest in crying.

cry can help us relieve our stress,althought crying is the right to evveryone,i think man should not cry in the presence of the people because that showed you are not strong.but you can cry in a un-cared place to abreact yourselives.

nop those ppl that dont cry are actually are hurt fro the insid but they cant or dont know how to show it but trust me some times some thing bad happens to them but the are just in a shock of what happened and they dont know what to do.

no matter what they still are human.

I think when I feel bad I have right to cry. crying is a way to take out your emotion.but for a man ,you have better control your emotion in most time

i think it dosen't matter if you are a male or a female to cry…. we are human!!!! also crying is good to reveal the stress we feel….and if someone cries, that dosen't necessarily mean he/she is weak or afraid…but sad and frustrated!! and needs to get rid of these negative feelings…....

so for me, crying is healthy and a natural thing!

There is most certinly nothing wrong with crying! Though I am a female so I guess I can't really answer your question…But if you feel like crying, then go ahead! Crying makes you feel so good and I think it's almost nessesary to cry once in a while; you know, like leave space for new tears…Dunno if you understand…

But I think it's a sign of a strong person if one is able to cry.
