Somali men like fat or average women and the women like average/thin men as both of them are afraid of TB!

I sometimes surprise at how most of Somali people (inside Somalia) think, hahahaha, you can feel from the title of my forum that TB ( Tuberclosis) is some thing that Somali society scape from, for example: if you ask a man the sort of a woman he would like to marry, he answers " fat or atleast average woman", if you ask why not the thins? he says " may be she is Tuberclosis victim", at the same time if you ask a Somali woman what kind of man she would have liked to marry, she says " Average", if you ask whynot the fat men? she answers " He is heavy may be to hurt my chest and be a TB victim".

:) Where are from those weird stereotypes or biases came? Why ppl think so there?
