Just look around here. Noticed many are eger to study English well, especailly, oral..^{_^" Actually, learning foreign lauguages can be boring. In contrast, it's can be fun. As long as you find out how great benefites you get. Choose the material fits you, get a microphone, and find some fluent English speakers here, just do it as NIKE!}

Start from basic conversation, for exmple, "how's going?", "it's sunny and hot."
