my teacher gave me an assignment to write about my major, but I'm not sure this is perfectly correct on grammar. Is this a big deal for you??T_T

Journalism & Mass Communication  When I was a kid, I watched many programs on TV especially Comedy and Documentary. Since then, I’ve been hoping to be a producer for making programs on TV. I think it is very exciting to attract people by showing my own programs. That’s why I am majoring in Journalism and Mass Communication in University. Studying Mass Communication is the first step for being a producer for sure. I learn Social Psychology, Media Technology and Film Production but most of them are in English. Because Communication skills are developed in Western Culture, I have to study English as well. Those are very necessary to interact with people or make any kinds of programs. For example, if I can’t make any relationship with anyone, how can I make programs attracting mass people all around the world? Sometimes I feel like it’s difficult for me but I will do anything to be a PD.

Hi! This looks good! One sentence that is confusing to me is "Those are very necessary to interact with people…" I'm not sure what THOSE refers to in this sentence. You might want to change the subject of this sentence from "those" to something more specific.
