when is the best time to say it?

 1. Business is so slow today so i had nothing to do. I feel time goes so slow.  I have a long day

or 

2. I am so busy today. (Time goes so fast) i have a long day.

it's more "long" or "busy" ?

 i hope you can understand what i mean….hehe

Hi! We say "it's been a long day" when a lot has happened, we have done a lot during the day, and now we feel tired and worn out. For example, if you get up early, go to work, and then have a late meeting after work, you might say "It's been a long day."
