Hi All,

I am writing to my supervisor. It is about my evaluation on Year End report.  At the bottom of my report, I add this message below.  Grateful if you could kindly rewrite this for me in a more polised way.

Overall, I am happy to report that I enjoy my functions and always willing to assist my colleagues in any undertaking that may be required of me.

That sentence is pretty good! There are just a couple of words left out.
