I’m not familiar with this expression, but I can guess what it means. Since Andres Iniesta is a football (or soccer, as we say in the US) player, “fire in” must mean kick the ball into the goal. “Dramatic” means suddenly or unexpectedly, so it sounds like Andres Iniesta unexpectedly got a goal that won the game!
